In January of 2008, Phil began a journey training people to reach their fitness goals.
As a NASM certified trainer, Phil strives to help clients achieve weight loss as well as increase strength and balance.
Phil is also a corrective exercise specialist and helps people overcome muscle imbalances, joint dysfunction, and faulty movement patterns.
Phil trains clients out of Anytime Fitness St. John, Indiana.
Phil and his wife Sharon reside in Cedar Lake, Indiana.
Phil's hobbies include basketball and weightlifting; while Sharon enjoys baking and reading.
They both enjoy watching football; especially their favorite team.... the Indianapolis Colts.
